Dinner Meeting Registration
Please utilize the form below to register for the dinner meeting. Email
registrations are not accepted. Please remember, when registering via the website, we treat it as a
confirmed registration. As such, if you do not cancel your reservation
by Noon Friday before the meeting, you will be billed for the meeting.
Cancellation Instructions:
Click here to cancel your reservation. Be sure to send it from
the same account (email address) that you used for registration. Also,
please put your name in the body of the email. We will send a
cancellation confirmation email back to you.
Please note: New Policy Regarding Dinners
-- This year we will put a hold on dinners only until 6:30
pm unless notified in advance. We will then charge a nominal amount
for the meeting only.
If the meeting requires a meal selection, the selection will appear
below.
